Pella Corporation awarded more than $2 million in 2024 through its Pella Rolscreen Foundation and employee matching programs, targeting education, housing, and community betterment initiatives nationwide while amplifying impact with 16,500 volunteer hours, $82,000 in volunteer recognition grants to 107 nonprofits, and $325,000 in employee-matched donations as the company marked its 100th anniversary and prepared additional community celebrations for 2025.

Matching Gifts Amplify Team Member Impact 

Through Pella’s matching gifts program, team members volunteered nearly 16,500 hours, equaling over $82,000 in Volunteer Recognition Grants awarded to 107 nonprofits. Pella’s Matching Gifts program further amplified team member generosity, contributing $325,000 to causes that mattered most to team members.
