Under his leadership, Refloor has been recognized as the fastest-growing flooring company in America, earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Elias is also known for mentoring entrepreneurs and speaking on topics such as sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. He resides in the Greater Detroit area with his family.
